Executes a specific OnBase Custom Query per instance and displays the results in a tabular format. The widget also has the following features:
- The filter icon allows the user to further filter the result set. Users can filter using one or more columns from the result set
- Clicking on the column header sorts the data in that column
- Users can download the result set as a CSV file
- The use of special columns to easily differentiate between documents having different values by using colours and/or custom text
- The use of a dynamic title to display the name or label for the currently executed custom query
- The ability to refresh the search results based on a trigger event
- The ability to display results of a query that is executed using SearchBar or MultiSearch widgets. A revert button is available when the displayed results are from a published query or hit list. This allows the user to revert to the results of the query specified in the TableSearch widget instance.
By default, the widget displays 10 documents per page if there are more than 10 documents. Users can pick a different number of documents per page which automatically updates the number of rows, and the total number of pages for the result set.
The displayed columns are the Display Column keywords defined in the OnBase Custom Query configuration. The format of the data depends on the locale of the user, as formats for dates and numbers may be different for different regions.
